The Government has now published the revised version of Working Together to Safeguard Children following the consultation. I've created the video below to help you understand the changes.
Key points
• No statutory roles or functions have been removed
• Increased emphasis on multi-agency working
• Changes to the law include, for example, Domestic Violence Act 2021
• Greater emphasis on extra-familial harms and exploitation
• Sets out what a good assessment (report) might include

Mental Health
Help give a voice to children and young people across the UK in Children’s Mental Health Week, from 5-11 February 2024.
Children's Mental Health Week is a mental health awareness week that empowers, equips and gives a voice to all children and young people in the UK.
All students have taken part in an assembly this week, focusing on mental health to raise awareness of children’s mental health.
Children's Mental Health Week was launched in 2015 and each year, hundreds of schools, children, parents and carers take part. Now in its 10th year, our theme is ‘My Voice Matters’.
